BCCUK hosts group meditation every Sunday from 7am to 8am. Whatever your level of experience, you are welcome to join our Sunday Group meditation. Meditation is said to have many scientifically proven benefits such as reducing stress, gaining clarity and focus, promoting good mental health and mindfulness, cultivating compassion, and helping with all round well being.
